Wednesday 22 October 2008 – Japanese Cooking Class A colourful and highly desired cuisine, learn the art of traditional Japanese cooking in a sushi and teppan cooking class at the resort’s Arakawa Japanese Restaurant. You will enjoy sake tasting and take home a cook book filled with enticing recipes to try in your own kitchen, as well as have a delicious Japanese meal for lunch.
